Value for money. We spent a night here, just to sleep after a long day travelling in KL. Very near to monorail Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Clean room and bathroom. Minimal toiletries . 2 toothbrushes, a shower cap, shampoo and body wash. Floor mat towel was not provided. Comfortable bed, pillow and linen. Just fine for sleeping. Aircond was working well. An ironing station is provided at the end of the corridor. We slept well without any noise disturbances. They could store your luggage temporarily as well.
Had a nice experience stayed 2 days in Sentral Hotel. Location was good just close to Sentral MRL, KL Sentral Station and NU Sentral but quite sketchy neighbourhood. Not the cleanest hotel tho, but quite good. Checked in 3PM but they just provide towel after 5PM…
Nice reasonable priced hotel in the centre of KL. Located just the opposite of Sentral KL Station. Many restaurant especially indian food on the road front of hotel, some open 24 hours. 7/11 convenient store also very near from the hotel. Hotel room a bit old but quite clean and comfortable. Hot water pressure good. Toilet is clean. Room need some attention on interior touch up like wall and ceiling.
Rooms are small (as expected from a budget hotel) but cozy. The view from our room was amazing! Important utilies are present. Location was pretty good too (if you find the shortcut through an alleyway to Nu sentral. One strange issue is that the bathroom doors are weird. They are made of glass and not soundproof at all.
A very good location, close to everything and a very short walk to the Mono rail and main train station. Restaurants all around and very nice area to explore. Little India is a short walk. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the day security guard for his help. A very nice stay, again. We were very happy with our time there. Staying at this hotel, contributed to a very pleasant stay in KL. Safe parking for your scooters.
Budget friendly hotel. Closest to everything you basically need; food stalls, restaurants, in front of NU Sentral mall and train/bus stations, etc. Staff in the hotel are super nice! They're very helpful and like to recommend places for you to visit. The food is OKAY, not much to choose from, but you can't complain for the price. The room floor carpet is not quite clean. I suffered bites from fleas upon staying there. Something to watched out for, you may want to ask them clean the carpet before staying. So far, the hotel is highly recommended!
I believe this was good hotel. They need update. Also I think it depends on luck about getting good room or not, mine is fine the facility is complete, but it's bit oldie . But it nice hotel, the location also very nice. Close to nu central, many food options in front of the hotel, close to mall, and KL Sentral station
We missed our train and made a last minute booking here. Upon checkin in, i was greeted by Receptionist Azuin. There's a lot going on even at 12 am in the night. But she handled it like a pro. She provided me warm and soothing services which somehow lessen the bitterness that i felt. While for the room, the view was amazing! Important utilies are present. Location was pretty good too (if you find the shortcut through an alleyway to Nu sentral. Eventhough it is a short stay, we are glad we choose to rest our mind at Hotel sentral
